The intent of developing this community is to create a shared space where the members can continue to evolve their understanding and application of the various elements of the humanist manufacturing framework.
The expectation is that the members provide insight and suggestions to one another to provide a continual learning opportunity. Additionally, it is to be a safe space where members struggling with an issue can receive recommendations and support. Finally, those experiencing success can post their achievements for the benefit of the community.
